We all have different cultures at home when it comes to when we wash our pillows and bolsters. Our lifestyle, how often we change the covers, the environment, etc., will affect how fast your bed covers and pillows get dirty.
A man pushed his luck for 5 years, and it got so dirty, people did not know the original color of the pillows.
What the hell happened to these pillows?!
The wife dumped the pillows in a bathtub with a huge load of detergent, OXI Clean stain-remover, and Dowry to remove the smell.
Once again, people shall never be judged based on how dirty their pillows are, especially if it’s their favorite. (Yes, people can have favorite pillows, the ones that don’t keep you awake or cause you to wake up with a headache).
24 hours later, she drained the water and pulled the pillows out of the tub. Just look at what’s left in there.
One who felt like the pillows couldn’t be saved commented, “Buy a new pillow; it’s not that hard!”
Multiple people were cracking jokes at how old the pillows looked, including one that told her to bring them to the museum. Another wrote, “You’re telling me those weren’t in the tomb with Jesus?”
She shows what could happen with your pillows if you leave them a tad too long.

She later updated people that the pillows are back clean as new… or as new as they could be.
After leaving them alone with detergent and stain remover overnight, Lexi took them for a long round in the washer as well. She shut the complainers up with the clean-looking pillows, so all’s well for the next 5 years, at least?
