  1. I once was encouraged to prepare a lesson plan to a class PreK level, that will be used the following week. My supervisor gave me the topic and what was expected of me. I prepared the whole week, filled with great insight, however (that was my first day at my new job as a PreK teacher) 2 days into it, I noticed that my lesson plan was too overqualified. The rest of the teachers will have that same attitude of “Don’t stress too much”. I was very sad and disappointed, all the time and effort seemed to be ignored. And yes, students improper behavior, came straight from their homes. Kids were so frustrated at home that it reflected at school. School should be the continuation of wonderful homes and families, and not dumpsters to release all your frustrations and anger. Caused by parents neglect. Sometimes, parents just survive during their 2 to 3 hours before and after school, living us instructors to make the best of their time during school. This really need to stop, us parents need to be responsible for our children’s choices at home, in order for our children to make good choices at school. This is how I learned and it sure does work. Children shouldn’t be neglected nor become time passers, children are beautiful innocent beings yet vulnerable. They need, us parents, to be there for them. Also they need caring and supportive teachers. Teachers that will exclusively be there to teach and share healthy life skills. Us teachers are not equipped to withstand the load of nonsense that sometimes we are forced to take in. Yes, we love children, but we also have children of our own, who needs us, sane and happy. Then, only then, we could enjoy getting prepared to go to school to teach, and comeback home to continue to love our families. Unless there is a serious and sick conspiracy against loving teachers and only false teachers are allowed to teach. But come on, what would they teach? Let’s keep the loving teachers and continue what we do best…Keep a Loving Nation stand and delivered.
